Thai — Bright, aromatic dishes such as Pad Thai with tamarind-lime balance, red curry salmon, jasmine rice, and fresh herb salads.
Middle Eastern — Koobideh platters, saffron rice, grilled vegetables, cucumber-herb salads, and warm spice profiles.
Indian — Traditional thali featuring layered curries, dal, rice, roti, chutneys, and slow-cooked regional flavours.
Moroccan — Fragrant dishes built around warm spices, Moroccan chicken, couscous, roasted vegetables, and citrus-herb accents.
Caribbean — Jerk chicken, coconut rice & beans, charred plantain, citrus slaw, and bold tropical notes.
Latin Fusion — Achiote chicken, chimichurri beef, roasted peppers, corn purée, and bright herb-forward flavours.
Modern North American — Seared salmon, maple-chili vegetables, smashed potatoes, and seasonal produce prepared with clean, modern techniques.
